Big Sur Exploratory Campaign
|
Overlooking the vast Pacific on a high bluff
yet overshadowed by the mountains of Big Sur we set up camp. From
here we will campaign out to the secret places we have and will
discover in the largely uncharted local waters.

Underwater Big Sur is so close but
remains exotic and untrammeled by the hoards that dive to the north
and south. Kayak and Zodiac diving from the beach is the only access.
Together we camp, and cook and tote the boats.
This may be a society outing but it isn't a catered gig. If high
adventure is your thing give this a shot. We have for over three
decades.
There are many treks you can take to earthly beauty, many of which
require lots of time and money. Local adventurers should thank
their lucky star that right in our back yard is Big Sur, one of
the most wonderful places on our planet.

We've been exploring the environmental
bounty of these deep blue waters adjacent the majesty of Big Sur's
towering cliffs over the past 25 years. I dare say no one has enveloped
themselves in this most beautiful space than the crew of A.S.U.'s
Big Sur Exploration Society.

This is a cooperative venture.
A.S.U. will provide organization, cooking facilities, campsites,
air and sauna. The crew will provide boats, cooking groups and
energy to make excellence happen. This is for advanced divers and
it is worth it. This trip has been featured on local television
and on a Discovery Channel special.
The south coast, the wild coast, is lonely.
You can win at the game not for long. But the wilds still rule

13 days of start of trip. Adventure Sports Unlimited, Inc., reserves
the right to reschedule or cancel trip if it is under subscribed.
